CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All paid ads are auto renewed until they are deactivated via your control panel or your account is cancelled.

Ads that are cancelled within 14 days of the order or renewal date will receive a full refund. All applicable refunds will be processed electronically within 7 days of the refund request.

If you request the service to be canceled after 14 days from the order or renewal date, your ad will remain active for the current billing cycle but will not be renewed. If you do not want the ad to be displayed, you may deactivate the ad via your control panel.

To cancel your account, simply log into your account with your username and password via your control panel 24/7/365 and press the "Cancel My Account" button under the "Billing" tab. You can also cancel your account by telephone or in writing, with sufficient identification, at 913-381-7400 or by email at billing@itravelfrugal.com.
